Our History
The company Bosses Bil & Motor was founded in 1982 in Boden, and on May 1, 2005, it was acquired by Peter and Marina Alnelind. Both came from completely different industries, but thanks to the skilled, existing staff, they were able to steer the ship forward, and today it feels as though cars have always been a part of their everyday lives.
Peter was born in Boden and began his career as a painter—which is no surprise, since his father, Alnelind, and both of his brothers are also in the painting business— but when you have sales in your blood, Peter put his paintbrushes away and started his sales career in the 1980s, and he’s been at it ever since.
Marina began her career at a printing shop in Boden, where she would piece together the advertising brochure using paper, wax, and a knife, but her interest had always been in the financial side of things, so she moved on to manage the company’s finances. She remained there until she and Peter received an offer to buy Bosses Bil & Motor. After much back-and-forth deliberation, they decided to take a leap of faith and go for it—and they’ve never regretted it.
Today, there are three car brands in the showroom: Subaru, Isuzu, and Ora
